Nic R. Cruz, BSN, RN, PHN, provides training and clinical oversight for 3D Caregivers. With extensive experience in emergency departments, patient care, and ER management and training, Nicoll ensures that every caregiver is equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for compassionate caregiving. 


3D Caregivers was founded with the support of a caring family, including a mother, sister, and extended relatives, with the mission of delivering compassion, joy, and honor to families through our in-home care services. Together, we combine over 30 years of caregiving and supportive experience, giving you confidence and peace of mind that your loved one is receiving personalized home healthcare from trusted, capable hands.
